**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Marketing Executive** to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates (2024) who are eager to build their careers in marketing and campaign management. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate success.
- Research market trends and competitor strategies to contribute innovative ideas.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other partners to ensure timely campaign delivery.

**Key Requirements**:

- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
