**Job Title**: Telecaller cum Marketing Executive

**Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore
**Experience**: Minimum 2 Years
**Language Proficiency**: Excellent command English, Hindi, and Kannada

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Telecalling Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about products/services and address customer queries.
- Convert leads into sales and build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain an organized database of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

**Marketing Duties**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures and online content.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
- Participate in events, trade shows, or exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling and/or marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify Languages].
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and digital marketing trends is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
