**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing client companies.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate product or service offerings to meet those needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales campaigns.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA degree from a reputed institution.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
