**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic **Field Sales Officer** to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a **fresher with an MBA in Sales and Marketing** to gain hands-on experience in direct sales, customer interaction, and market development. You will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory, building relationships, and achieving targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular field visits to meet potential and existing customers.
- Promote and sell company products/services to meet given sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales deals.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the manager.
- Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and campaigns when required.
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s products/services, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (2024/2025 pass-out preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle field challenges.
