Location : Bangalore (Karnataka)

Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 2-4 Years

Job Profile : Clear Knowledge of INCOTERMS. Competent in preparing all Pre and Post Shipment documentation. Effective coordination with Clearing and Forwarding agents and manufacturing units to schedule timely despatch of goods. Filing of documents and scheduling of inspection with Pre Shipment Inspection agencies Knowledge in obtaining necessary certificates, post Shipment of goods. Support in obtaining Duty Draw Back and Focus Market Schemes benefits Negotiation of Freight rates with Shipping Lines. Coordination with Bank for Inward Remittances Filing Documents with Insurance Company on Monthly basis. Maintenance of MIS records. Follow up on payments to be received and done to various stakeholders. Knowledge of exports & procedure involved in exports. Identify potential markets, develop and appoint distributors Nurturing business relationship with existing buyers. Strong follow up on sales /inventory Plan and execute marketing and brand building activities in specific high volume markets. Entrepreneurial and self motivated
