Job Summary:
The Import/Export Executive will provide support to the Import/Export Administrator and assist with the preparation of import and export documents, sales marketing and operations in compliance with customs and government regulations. Duties/Responsibilities:

- Main Role is For International Business Communication In-House Sales And Marketing
- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
- Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 1. Handle areas of global business such as sales, logistics, and compliance
- 2. Manage the logistics of getting the goods to the purchaser in another country and for ensuring the goods meet the required standards of the importing country
- 3. Manage the sales and promotion of their company's goods abroad Required

Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies can be learnt
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- good handling on social media and other networking sites
