Looking for young yet experienced dynamic soft-spoken, customer service and sale focused Senior Captain for our restaurant who is able to:
Develop restaurant sales through upselling, guest contacts and ensuring good service. Process payment and check bills promptly.

Provide excellent dining experience.

Inspect the mise-en-scene and mise-en-place to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

Complete opening, operating, and closing procedures.

Ensure the maintenance and aesthetic upkeep of the restaurant in close coordination with engineering and housekeeping.

Supervise food service with a view to ensuring speed, quality of service and personalization

Attend to guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction through immediate action.

Motivate staff through fair leadership.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
