**Job Title: Captain - Restaurant**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Captain to join our team at [Restaurant Name]. The Captain will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, and a positive dining experience for guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the dining room and service staff.
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth seating arrangements.
- Take and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Supervise waitstaff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings.
- Manage reservations and assist in optimizing the flow of service.
- Maintain communication with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Captain or in a supervisory restaurant role.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
