**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

- Oversee the architecture of Master Data Management (MDM) systems focusing on Stibo technology.
- Provide strategic direction for data governance and data quality initiatives to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data management solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management and supply chain management.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes architectures and standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of data management systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and data management professionals to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Drive innovation in data management practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in data management to keep the organization at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data across all systems and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership in the development and execution of data management strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Stibo.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Supply Chain Management (T&H) domain.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a proven track record of leading complex data management projects.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
