Senior Software Engineer - STIBO Implementation

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Software Engineer to lead the implementation of our STIBO STEP solution.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our STIBO STEP system.

  • Work closely with our product management and business teams to understand requirements and transform them into technical design documents.
  • Configure and develop STIBO STEP, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate upgrade advantages and collaborate with Dev Ops to perform upgrades.
  • Develop operational readiness and alerts/monitoring to support production teams.
  • Ensure PHI/PII data security and compliance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BS or MS in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Retail industry.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team.
  • Expert technical experience in software development using Java, JavaScript, data and database design, SQL, XML, XSD, JSON, Linux, and Web services.
  • STIBO STEP systems configuration, development, architectural design, and integration experience.
