**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented **Inside Sales Executive** to join our growing team at **PagarGuru**, a leading provider of IT and payroll solutions. In this role, you will connect with potential clients through pre-qualified leads provided by the company, nurture relationships, and close sales to help businesses streamline their payroll and employee management processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Activities**:

- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate PagarGuru’s products and services effectively to prospective clients.

**Follow-Up & Conversion**:

- Proactively follow up with prospects to close sales deals.
- Address any concerns or queries clients may have and guide them toward making a purchase decision.

**Target Achievement**:

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to maximize revenue.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep the CRM system updated with accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with field sales teams for handover of high-value leads or enterprise opportunities.
- Share market feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales, Telecalling, or customer service (freshers with strong skills are welcome).
- Communication and interpersonal skills in **Hindi**, **Gujarati**, **English**, and **Marathi**:

- Proven ability to understand client needs and close sales.
- Goal-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
