**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the cabling and heat setting operations for various yarns, including Polyester, PP, and Nylon.
- Possess a deep understanding of yarn cabling and heat setting processes, including continuous heat setting.
- Maintain knowledge of different yarn types, such as freeze yarn, super soft yarn, and bulky yarn.
- Keep accurate records of production data, machine maintenance, and quality control metrics.
- Ensure proper yarn management and tufting creel management to optimize production efficiency at cabling & heat setting and also tufting.
- Implement strategies to enhance the performance and quality of cabled and heat-set yarns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions related to cabling and heat setting machinery.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and meet customer requirements.
- Train and supervise team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging trends in yarn cabling and heat setting technologies.
- Continuously strive for process improvement and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech in Fiber Science or Textile Technology
- M. Tech degree in Man Made Fiber Technology orTextile Technology will be a plus.
- Proven experience of 8-10 years in man-made yarn manufacturing (Chips, masterbatch, POY, DTY, BCF, FDY and relevant processes) and further yarn processing such as cabling, multi folding, heat setting, etc. preferably for carpets.
- In-depth knowledge of yarn processing technology and various yarns specifically polyester, nylon and polypropylene yarn.
- Strong understanding of yarn used for bath rugs and carpet manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience in developing newyarn.
- Excellent people management and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
