**Machine Setting & Operation**
- Set up VMC and HMC machines as per job requirements.
- Ensure proper loading and setting of tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, part programs, and process sheets.
- Perform first piece inspection and make necessary offsets or adjustments.

**Supervision & Incharge Duties**
- Supervise a team of operators and setters to ensure smooth workflow and shift targets.
- Allocate jobs to machines and ensure proper utilization of manpower and equipment.
- Monitor daily production output, downtime, and coordinate with planning and maintenance teams.
- Maintain production logs and shift reports.

**Quality Assurance**
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- Coordinate with QC team for in-process and final inspections.
- Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize rework and rejection rates.

**Tool & Process Management**
- Plan and maintain tool inventory for smooth operations.
- Collaborate with process engineering for cycle time improvement and cost optimization.
- Ensure proper upkeep of machines and support preventive maintenance activities.

**Safety & Compliance**
- Enforce workplace safety rules and housekeeping practices.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO standards, and 5S practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
