**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain products or services and generate leads.
- Answer inbound calls and address customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and detailed information.
- Follow up on leads and ensure consistent communication with potential clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department as required.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotional offers.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Ability to handle calls confidently and engage customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Previous experience as a telecaller, customer support executive, or similar role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
