**Position Type**: Full-time/Part-time

**Overview**: Eternal Life Ayurveda, a leading provider of traditional Ayurvedic health and wellness products, is seeking dedicated Telecallers to join our sales team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential customers over the phone. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about Ayurveda and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- **Sales Conversion**: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Ayurvedic products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, pricing, and promotions.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Follow up on customer inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- **Database Management**: Update customer information in the database during and after each call.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and convert potential customers into active clients.
- Knowledge or interest in Ayurvedic products and holistic health is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
