**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and well-spoken **Graduate Freshers** to join our dynamic team as **Telecallers** for our event management company. You will play a key role in promoting events, handling client inquiries, and supporting lead generation and coordination for upcoming shows, conferences, weddings, or corporate events.
**Job Expectations**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, vendors, and partners to promote events or services.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide relevant information about upcoming events.
- Maintain and update the database of contacts and leads.
- Follow up with interested clients and set appointments for the sales or planning team.
- Coordinate internally with the event team for lead handovers and follow-ups.
- Maintain professionalism and a high level of client service.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers encouraged to apply).
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. [Add local language if needed.]
- Interest in events, media, or marketing is a plus.
- Confident, polite, and motivated to work in a fast-paced team.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
