We are looking for a proactive and results-driven **Maintenance Coordinator** to join our team. This role offers a **base salary with performance-based commissions**, allowing high performers to earn more through efficient coordination and service excellence.

**Job Overview**:
As a **Maintenance Coordinator**, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing maintenance requests, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring timely resolutions for property-related issues. Your ability to respond quickly, negotiate service costs, and ensure high-quality repairs will directly impact your earning potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming maintenance requests from tenants and property owners, assessing urgency and assigning appropriate service providers.
- Negotiate vendor pricing and manage service contracts to optimize cost efficiency.
- Follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain and update maintenance records, invoices, and reports in the property management system.
- Build relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure reliable service.
- Proactively identify potential maintenance issues and recommend preventative solutions.
- Communicate with landlords and tenants to provide updates on maintenance progress.
- Work towards key performance metrics, such as response times, cost savings, and service quality, to maximize commission earnings.

- Experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors, tenants, and landlords.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Negotiation skills to manage vendor contracts and maintenance costs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset to maximize commission potential.
