Job Description Position - TechnicianDepartment - MaintenanceRoleThe Technician in Maintenance ( Electrical & Mechanical ) is responsible to ensure upkeep all the Machinery's and Equipment's to run smoothly without any breakdown. Execute preventive measures to increase the uptime of machines at factory and coordinate with local authorities for legal compliances related to Maintenance function.Responsibilities **Monitor machine condition and keep record of machines on daily basis.**
- Attend Breakdowns of machinery and equipment and keep record of breakdown in history cards.
- Prepare maintenance check list for each machines and ensure the maintenance activities are done Daily / weekly / monthly basis.
- Plan preventive maintenance plan and execute the maintenance activity as per schedule and identify the spares requirement.
- Reduce the cost of spares by identifying alternate source and keep maintenance cost low and track the same on monthly.
- Keep the contacts register up to date for all machine / service providers.
- Record Generator, Electrical and solar power reading on daily basis and update factory manager on monthly basis.
- Renewal of service provider contracts time to time to ensure nonstop production takes place in factory.
- Maintain spare part and consumption list and track inventory cost of spares.
- Monitor / supervisor STP, RO, CCTV and Solar plants running conditions and get report from the service providers
- Monitor MTTR, MTBF on monthly basis and keep update the same to factory manager on monthly basis
- Pre-requisites
- **ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering**:

- **Skills in Problem solving techniques.**:

- Knowledge in wood working and sheet metal presses.
- Basic computer knowledge in MS office and windows OS.
- Local EB / PCB requirements and compliances.Other Tasks Coordinate with Production Engineering team for Machine building and automation needs.
- Coordinate with Production and Logistics team for support activities
- Coordinate with Network / IT provider for any remote support as and when required.
- Should be proactive and available for 24/7 for any kind emergency needs.
- Participate team activities and facilitate the resources as and when required.
- System Implementation skills like ISO, OHSAS, BIFMA, IMS

Pay: ₹25,000.90 - ₹30,000.18 per month
