**Full Job Description**

We are hiring for one of the our client company, They are outdoor advertising marketer in Porur. We are looking for the Media sales and marketing person, who can go out regularly for field work and customer visit. Our requirements for the person who have min 0 to 1 yrs of work experience, with good qualification and communication. His Age should be around 35yrs. Enrollment and conversion of leads to company program
Executing medication reorder refills in the process of meeting leads for sales call for main program
High conversion levels of leads
Generation of own leads and conversions through own initiatives outside company generated leads
Coordinate with the Setup team to complete smooth induction of newly registered customer
Participation in sales promotion activities
To ensure that lead with prospective patients is met on the assigned
Visit as per committed appointment
Ensure deliveries effected for reorders where sales appointment for main program has been fixed
Prospecting lead sources through own initiatives, setting up appointments through outbound calling, visiting the leads as per appoint, and converting these additional leads.

**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include the following;
- Passionate about Sales and Goal Oriented
- Identifying new clients and retention of old clients, create a good rapport with potentials clients
- In-depth analysis of competitive media and prevailing advertising trends
- Should have the ability to convince the advertisers, clients & agencies about the medium and its advantages with supporting data and creative inputs.
- Should have experience in implementing advertising campaigns and supervising various advertising camping
- Should be able to create long term relations with these advertisers across TV, Radio, outdoor and acquire spend-share from whichever budgets this medium can get its share from
- Work with marketing team hand in hand to convert sales leads into active clients
- Market Mapping - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status through market analysis
- Prepare sales reports - weekly sales report, sales projection report, monthly sales plan, etc...

**Job Requirements**:
**Mentioned below are some requirements for the Sales Manager position.**
- Must have 0- 1 year of experience of Media / Advertising Sales in either of TV, Radio, OOH/Digital OOH or Print Mediums
- Strong in problem-solving skill, Grievance Handling Teamwork & Accountability
- Ability to make decisions, work through stressful situations.
- Products / Services Corporate/Agencies
- Strong business sense and industry expertise

**Physical Requirement**:
Willing to Travel as per the job demands

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Filed Sales & Marketing : 0 to 1 year (required)

**Bike is mandatory**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
