**Role**:
The Junior Social Media Executive will support the development and execution of our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive on
- line growth. This role involves handling Instagram, YouTube, Share Chat, and all social media handles, coordinating product shoots, and collaborating with internal teams in an e-commerce environment. This position is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for creating engaging content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Share Chat, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other handles. Help in making reels and provide on-camera presence for product demonstrations.
- **Platform Management**: Monitor and manage all social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
- **Campaign Support**: Support the execution of social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and influencer collaborations.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Coordinate with the warehouse for product shipping and inventory management to facilitate in-house product shoots.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct regular follow-ups on competitor content to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Influencer and Agency Management**: Perform regular follow-ups in influencer management and coordinate with in-house agencies.
- **Internal Collaboration**: Maintain clear communication with the product manager and other internal teams to gather requirements for social media content.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to propose fresh ideas for content and engagement.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster a positive online community by engaging with followers and building relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- **Documentation**: Utilize basic or intermediate documentation skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and Docs for reporting and organization.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Visual Communication, or a related field in media and digital media (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or media-related roles (internships or personal projects are acceptable).

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Share Chat, etc.) and their best practices.
- Basic or intermediate knowledge of documentation tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Docs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clear communication abilities for coordinating with internal teams like product managers.
- Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas, including reels and on camera presentations.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- **Personal Attributes**: Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media, digital trends, and e-commerce.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Experience in e-commerce product coordination or inventory management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
