**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products or services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide detailed information to clients about product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and work to resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and referrals from various sources to convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain a database of clients and prospects.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotional offers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

Pay: ₹11,846.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month
