**Key** **Responsibilities**:
1. **Training** **Delivery**: Conduct product training sessions (in-person, virtual, or online). Develop
and maintain training materials (presentations, guides, videos). Ensure training content is up
- to-date and aligned with product releases.
2. **Curriculum** **Development**: Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum.
training programs meet business objectives.
3. **Training** **Needs** **Assessment**: Identify training needs for customers, employees, and partners. Conduct
training needs assessments and analyze results.
4. **Evaluation** **and** **Feedback**: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Use
feedback to improve training content and delivery.
5. **Collaboration**: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment.
Collaborate with customer support to resolve product-related issues
6. **Technical** **Expertise**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and features. Stay updated
on industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:
1. **Education**: Bachelors/Masters degree in related field.
2. **Experience**:

- Minimum 2+ years of training experience, ideally within software, technology, or
data analysis sectors with a strong desire to learn and grow in career are also
encouraged to apply.
3. **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Training andpresentation abilities.
- Technical expertise in product knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Desirable - Any certifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
