The Core & Process Trainer is responsible for delivering hands-on training to new and existing employees, ensuring they understand all aspects of the product, process, communication and etiquette standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and quality for multiple departments.

The primary role of a trainer is to facilitate learning and development among individuals or groups within an organization. This involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to help participants acquire new knowledge, skills, and competencies relevant to their roles.
- To be successful as a Trainer, you should demonstrate a proactive drive, for constant evolution and upskilling of self and others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop training programs for communication skills enhancement and product knowledge. This involves understanding the company's products or services thoroughly and creating effective training materials and modules.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, or seminars for employees to improve their communication skills and product knowledge.
- Create training materials such as presentations, videos, and e-learning modules to support training initiatives. These materials should be engaging, informative, and tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through quizzes, tests, or evaluations to ensure that learning objectives are met.
- Collaborate with other departments such as development, marketing, Sales and others - to ensure effective transference of new product updates throughout the organization.
- Overtime Developing and maintaining a Knowledge base: Silo of information, product, communication.
- Others:

- Staying update with industry trends
- Managing documentation & reporting to present Problem, Scope of Action and Outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory, written & verbal.
Focused on English (for International) & Hindi(Domestic)
- Excellent Oration & presentation skills along with experience with conducting group training.
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
With the ability to grasp and learn basic technical aspects of printers/ hardware drivers
- Ability to create content for training programs.
- Passion for Customer Centricity.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Full Time Trainer for Communications/ Process - 1.5 Years +
or
- Experience as a Process Subject Matter Expert / Quality Coach - 4 + years.
