**Responsibilities-**
- Creating and handing invoicing on daily basis for clients.
- Creating reports for Account receivable and Account Payables.
- Preparing Vendor reconciliations.
- Reconciling Purchase and Sale on regular basis.
- Creating the reports as per the requirement of the management.
- Ensure that Expense Reports are in compliance with Company policies, check supporting documentation, calculations.
- Meeting the Timelines and Deadlines relating to Expenses batch close and submitting them further for Payment.
- Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.

**Requirements-**
- Bachelor's in commerce / master's in commerce or MBA.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work well with a range of individuals.
- Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and passionate.
