**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different systems.
- Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements.
- Identify trends and insights to support decision-making.
- Manage database queries and resolve data-related issues.
- Maintain and update records in the system regularly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)** and **SQL.**:

- Experience with **Power BI/Tableau** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of database management and reporting tools.

**Preferred Experience**:

- years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
