Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented MIS Sales Coordinator to join our team. The MIS Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing accurate and timely data analysis, reporting, and coordination of sales activities.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and other analytical tools.

Coordinate with sales representatives to gather sales data, customer feedback, and market trends for analysis.

Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns based on data analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support sales initiatives.

Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and goals to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in sales operations.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in sales analytics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience as an MIS Sales Coordinator, Sales Analyst, or similar role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of data analysis.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the [specific industry or market segment, if applicable] is a plus.
