Job Title: Part-Time Social MediaSpecialist
Location: Work from Home
Timing: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Salary**: INR 8,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Social Media Management: Develop, curate, and execute high-quality, engaging content strategies tailored to diverse social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Craft content calendars that align with Buzz Daddy's brand identity and audience preferences.
- Audience Engagement and Growth: Foster community engagement by actively interacting with the audience, responding to comments/messages, and initiating discussions. Implement tactics to grow the follower base organically and boost brand visibility.
- Analytical Insights and Optimization: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or others. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and improve overall performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience (previous work, campaigns managed, etc.) showcasing successful social media management with measurable results.
- Creative Flair: Innate creativity coupled with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics. Proficiency in using design software or editing tools is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, their algorithms, and the latest trends. Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Capable of crafting engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Adaptability and Proactiveness: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing trends and algorithms. Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative to drive strategies independently.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed decisions to optimize social media performance.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset to coordinate with other team members or departments when needed for seamless execution of campaigns.
