**Role Summary**:
We are hiring dynamic Sales Managers to drive direct real estate sales. The role involves lead conversion, property presentations, client meetings, and achieving revenue targets. Strong knowledge of the real estate market and consultative sales skills are essential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end direct sales cycle
- Conduct site visits and close deals
- Handle client queries and provide suitable property options
- Use CRM tools for lead tracking and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for lead management
- Meet defined sales targets and ensure client satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 1-2 years in direct sales; real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM and MS Office
- Willing to travel for client meetings/site visits
