We are seeking a motivated and experienced Jewellery Store Supervisor to lead our professional sales team into the future.
- Supervise, direct, and co-ordinate Jewellery sales staff and workers
- Present products and detailed information including product features, benefits, and availability, responding quickly to customer needs.
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Achieve personal and team sales and profit targets
- Maintain the sales and promotion for company online store and develop the sales in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and so on
- Resolve customer complaints; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Perform opening and closing of store to ensure the store is ready and safe for business
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise on a daily basis at opening and closing of the store
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, inventory, staff, and safety
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Perform the same duties as workers supervised

Skills Requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required. College diploma or university degree in the field of business, commerce and management or related study will be an asset.
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson, sales clerk, or cashier is required. Fashion, luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills.
- Available to work flexible schedules days, weekends, and holidays.
