**Technical Competence**: Understanding the principles of CNC drilling, including how to read blueprints, interpret engineering drawings, and comprehend geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- **Machine Operation**: Proficiency in operating CNC drilling machines, including starting up and shutting down procedures, loading and unloading workpieces, tool selection, setting cutting parameters (speeds, feeds, depths), and executing machining programs.
- **Programming Skills**: Basic knowledge of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code. While many CNC drilling operators may not be responsible for programming, understanding the basics can be helpful for troubleshooting and making minor adjustments.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: The ability to identify and troubleshoot common issues that may arise during drilling operations, such as tool wear, chip evacuation problems, or machine malfunctions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision is crucial in CNC drilling operations. Operators must pay close attention to detail to ensure that workpieces are drilled to the correct specifications, within the required tolerances.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. This includes understanding how to properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and how to operate machinery safely.
- **Quality Control**: Ability to inspect finished workpieces using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges to ensure they meet quality standards.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with supervisors, coworkers, and other team members to coordinate workflow, report issues, and ensure that production targets are met.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and equipment upgrades in the CNC drilling field.
- **Mathematical Skills**: Basic mathematical skills are necessary for calculating speeds, feeds, and other machining parameters, as well as for interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently managing time to maximize productivity while maintaining quality standards and meeting production deadlines.
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Understanding the mechanical components of CNC drilling machines and how they function together to perform drilling operations effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
