**Job Title**:CNC Boring Operator

**Location**: MIDC Butibori

**Key Responsibilities**:
Machine Operation: Operate CNC boring machines to perform precision machining operations such as drilling, boring, and milling on various materials, including metals and composites.

Setup and Programming: Set up CNC boring machines, including installing workpieces, tooling, and programming the machine using G-code or other programming languages.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machining operations, dimensions, and tolerances.

Quality Control: Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to ensure that parts meet specified tolerances.

**Qualifications**:
Education: ITI or equivalent. Technical training or certification in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating CNC boring machines or similar CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in CNC machine programming and operation.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, including cutting speeds, feeds, and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code programming.
- Competence in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and feed rates.
