**Job Title**: Radial Drilling Operator

**Location**: MIDC Butibori

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Machine Operation**: Operate radial drilling machines to drill, ream, and tap holes according to production drawings and work orders.

**Setup and Adjustment**: Set up and adjust the machine, including selecting and installing cutting tools, adjusting speeds, and feeds, and aligning workpieces.

**Quality Control**: Monitor the machining process to ensure that all drilled holes meet specified tolerances and quality standards.

**Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on the radial drilling machine, including cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: ITI

**Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating radial drilling machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and feed rates.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
