This role is a great opportunity to support a multifaceted and growing part of Arm’s business. You will support people through their entire employee lifecycle and will become a guide in Arm’s processes and policies. You will build relationships across the business and will be an integral part of our People Team in India, being the face of the function to many people in our Bangalore and Noida offices.

**Responsibilities**:
You will have the chance to learn about Arm’s end-to-end processes and will work closely with colleagues from the wider People Team, including Talent Acquisition, our front-line People Hub team, Reward and Internal Communications. Reporting to the People Enablement team, you will have particular responsibility for:
**Supporting onboarding activities**:

- Collecting joining forms from new hires
- Conduct orientation program for the new hires to provide positive employee experience about Arm’s Core Beliefs and culture.
- Guide employees to fill in Payroll form for Salary processing & PF enrollment.

**Preparing documentation and maintaining employee Personnel files**:

- Filing hard copies into personnel folders and scanning the documents for E-filing
- Real time filing of documentation such as Performance Improvement Plans

**Providing evidence to support audits**:

- Maintain our document repositories so that it is easy to find requested documentation.
- Provide the vital document for both internal and external audits, working with the People Hub, Reward and Finance teams, as needed.

**Vendor Management**:

- Liaison with vendors like Employee Assistance Program, Health checkup, medical insurance, POSH, L&D, Retirement Benefit (Gratuity)
- Provide monthly employee additions & deletions data for vendors - Medical insurance, Annual Health checkups.
- Generating Po’s & raising invoices in Ariba for timely processing of payments
- Understand statutory requirements pertaining to payroll administration and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with local statutory requirements and regulations.
- Labor Law compliances knowledge
- Retirement benefit - Gratuity processing
- Working with retirement benefit vendor for gratuity to obtain final settlement calculations & processing the vital finance approval for processing the payment.

**Supporting employees with their specific situations**:

- Work with the People Hub team to provide support for cases where specific knowledge of India legislation or policies are required.
- Collect forms pertaining to Parental leave.
- Act as a trusted adviser to managers and individuals in the region on the full range of employment queries and acting as the first point of escalation for queries from our People Hub team about our HR processes and local employment practices, processing the required paperwork, as necessary.
- Handle issues and problems under direct supervision, while bringing up more sophisticated issues to PE - Manager
- Absence management

**Training Co Ordinator**:

- Training Co Ordination - Sending Invites to participants, follow up for registration, Processing payment Invoices, Training feedback analysis.

People Enablement team support for Employees
- Delivering a proactive and flexible HR service.
- Acting as an SME and providing advice and direction to both managers and our employees regarding our policies, practices and benefits offering
- Maintaining HR data bases including Success Factors, Benefit platforms and E-filing systems
- Conducting meetings with employees child and Parental Leave.
- Act as an ambassador of the Well-being strategy and assist employees and managers in navigation of our well-being provision
- Working with the People Specialists on case management which typically include performance and well-being cases, also help People specialist to conduct investigation meetings
- Delivery educational sessions of benefits and culture topics such as DE&I and increasing visibility of the People Enablement team
- Collaboration with colleagues across the People Group and across the wider Arm community to continually review processes, identify improvements and assisting in implementing new ways of working

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good collaboration, influencing and communication skills.
- Strong teammate with global approach, equally successful at working independently or in large groups.
