About The Role
G2 is looking for a People Operations Coordinator, you support the people operations processes throughout the company to enhance employee experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for classifying and answering employee questions appropriately, as well as providing benefits-related assistance. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the employee success team, such as file management and record keeping.
**In This Role, You Will be**:
Coordinating Support
Aid G2 employees with their questions via the ES team helpdesk ticketing system or route them to the appropriate business partner if necessary.
Provide administrative support to the Employee Success team regarding benefits, employment status, employee relations as requested.
Facilitate support to the ES Business Partners with data entry, creating reports, gathering data and with AD HOC projects as needed
Prepare and edit HR documents including the employee handbook and policies
Process terminations and complete exit and grow interviews
**Benefits**:
Assist with the preparation of special reports related to insurance, COBRA, affirmative action, and headcount using custom reports in Ultipro
Support the administration and communication regarding plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.
Assist in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs
Support communication, creation and implementation of wellness and health education initiatives
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Working understanding of international human resource principles, practices, and procedures
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in an international, fast-paced environment
Proven experience with HRIS systems
Ability to run reports and interpret data
Proficient with Google Office Suite or related software
**What Can Help Your Application Stand Out**:
2+ years of related experience is required.
SHRM-CP credential preferred.
Prior experience with Ultipro
International HR experience including working knowledge of US employment law
