**People Operations**

The People Operations team's mission is to help DevRev grow and scale efficiently by designing the best possible operations of the company for the success of our people. This team is in service of DevRevelers who are delivering the best products and services for our end customers - product, engineering, revenue, growth and support.

The day-to-day specifics of the work of members of our team vary, but typically involve a hybrid of operational, strategic, analytical, and technical work. We are expected to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across DevRev to deliver measurable results.
- Implementing and executing processes for day to day operations and continuously evolving as the company grows
- Owning, facilitating and administering cross-geo panel discussions, presentations and meetings (zoom, google meet, in person)
- Organizing and managing our external and internal events, like university job fairs, hackathons, tech talks, and celebrations for the company milestones
- Maintaining office quality, including the regular purchasing and expensing of office supplies, and working with third party vendors
- Coordinating travel arrangements of DevRevelers between offices, providing support with booking flights, hotel reservations, and other logistics, both at individual and group level
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people deeply
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to think out of the box and design creative solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to crisp execution in a high pace environment
- Ability to document and organize information in a methodical manner
- Outstanding teamwork, collaboration workstyle; experience working with global teams in different time zones and cultures will be a plus
- Earnest commitment to learning and growth
