**Summary**
- Manages all cloud-based programs and cloud migration processes.
- Manages professionals who survey external market to ensure internal and external cloud offerings are competitive and relevant.
- Works cross-functionally to understand cloud requirements and specifications; communicates requirements to Digital counterparts.
- May focus on Software-as-a-Service (SAAS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IAAS), Platform-as-a-Service (PAAS), etc.

**Minimum Requirements**
Requires expert to mastery knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience
Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and able to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs and systems
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience
OR
An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience
