**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manual Testing**:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure the software meets user requirements.
- Report, track, and verify defects using a defect management system (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify hidden issues and provide valuable feedback on usability and user experience.
- **Automation Testing**:

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or others.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of automation scripts and refine them for better test coverage and execution time.
- **Test Planning & Documentation**:

- Write clear and detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Analyze and review requirement documents, user stories, and design specifications to develop comprehensive testing strategies.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements.
- Communicate test results, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting tools, techniques, or approaches to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both manual and automated testing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- years of experience in Quality Assurance, including both manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with **automation tools** such as Selenium, QTP, or others.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as **Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar** for automation purposes.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Knowledge of **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and working in Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of **manual testing principles** such as functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and understand technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines**, Jenkins, or other build automation tools.
- Familiarity with **performance testing** or tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- **ISTQB** or other relevant QA certifications.
- Knowledge of version control systems like **Git**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹555,000.00 per year

Schedule:
