**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensure product quality at all stages of production (cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing).
- Conduct inline and final inspections of garments to ensure compliance with buyer specifications.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and compliance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain documentation of inspections, audit reports, and quality records.
- Train operators and line supervisors on quality standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards, buyer requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to maintain raw material quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce rework/rejections.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Experience in quality inspection (inline, pre-final, and final).
- Familiarity with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
- Good understanding of buyer compliance and quality requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and team coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

- Garments Industry: 5 years (required)
