**Role Overview**:
The **Quality Assurance (QA) Head** will be responsible for overseeing the quality management and quality control processes within the organization. The individual will lead a team of quality inspectors to ensure that all products meet the highest standards in terms of quality, design, and specifications. The role requires a strong focus on compliance, continuous improvement, and efficiency in QA processes to align with the company’s production and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**:

- Lead the QA team to ensure that finished products meet predefined quality standards.
- Establish and enforce quality control procedures to maintain consistency across all products.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and industry regulations.
- **Quality Control & Inspections**:

- Oversee quality inspections at various stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods.
- Develop and implement rigorous quality-check mechanisms to minimize defects and rejections.
- Ensure adherence to quality guidelines, technical specifications, and design requirements.
- **Shop-Floor & Process Management**:

- Design and implement efficient shop-floor processes to enhance quality and production throughput.
- Monitor workflow and identify areas of improvement to optimize quality output.
- Assess manpower requirements and collaborate with HR for hiring, onboarding, and training QA personnel.
- **Quality Improvement & Corrective Measures**:

- Identify recurring quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Continuously evaluate and refine QA protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with production teams to address defects and ensure timely resolution.
- **Team Leadership & Training**:

- Provide guidance and supervision to the QA team, ensuring productivity and adherence to standards.
- Organize regular training sessions to enhance team skills in quality control methods and techniques.
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability within the department.
- **Productivity & Deadline Management**:

- Ensure that the QA department meets production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize resource allocation to balance quality control and production efficiency.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to QA, such as defect rates, inspection turnaround time, and compliance levels.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in quality assurance within the fashion/apparel industry.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, inspection techniques, and garment manufacturing processes.
- **Leadership Ability**: Prior experience in leading and managing a team of QA professionals.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions effectively.
- **Process Orientation**: Strong understanding of shop-floor management and quality control workflows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
