**Key Responsibilities -**

1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

3. Organize promotional events, site visits, exhibitions, and product launches.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects.

5. Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

6. Manage marketing budgets and provide detailed performance reports.

7. Build relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media for brand partnerships and advertising.

8. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and ROI.

9. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.

**Requirements -**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience specifically in the Construction, Civil, or Real Estate industry.

3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
