**Job Summary**:
The Service Captain oversees the restaurant's service operations, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. This role involves leading and training the service team, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining service quality standards. The Service Captain serves as a liaison between management and staff, handling customer concerns and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, bartenders, and support staff during shifts.
- Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks to team members.
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training to enhance team performance.
- **Guest Experience**:

- Greet and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally.
- Oversee table setups, reservations, and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Monitor guest preferences and ensure personalized service.
- **Operational Management**:

- Ensure adherence to restaurant policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food delivery and special requests.
- Maintain inventory of service supplies and assist in requisition processes.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, menu changes, and service updates.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Handle unexpected situations, such as staff shortages or customer complaints, with professionalism.
- Resolve service-related issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:

- Provide feedback to management regarding team performance and operational challenges.
- Assist in maintaining service records, guest feedback, and incident reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
