Occupational Therapist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Assessment**:
Conduct detailed evaluations of clients’ physical, emotional, developmental, and psychological condition.

**Therapy Planning & Execution**:
Develop customized intervention plans focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), sensory integration, fine/gross motor skills, coordination, and cognitive development.

**Equipment & Assistive Devices**:
Recommend and train clients in the use of adaptive tools, orthotics, and ergonomic solutions to enhance functionality.

**Goal Setting**:
Set measurable, client-centered goals and review progress regularly in consultation with family or caregivers.

**Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and progress notes per organizational and legal requirements.

**Collaborative Care**:
Work closely with physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, educators, and caregivers for a multidisciplinary approach to care.

**Parent/Family Training**:
Guide families and caregivers in home programs and techniques for continued progress outside therapy sessions.

**Community Integration**:
Support clients in participating in school, work, or social environments through environmental modifications or behavioral strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
