- Completing paperwork within appropriate time frames and ensuring best therapeutic practices
- Maintains standards for treatment procedures and professional ethics
- Participate in Quality Assessment and Improvement activities as assigned.
- Establish an Intervention Plan and Goals that are clear, measurable, behavioral, functional, contextually relevant and appropriate to the client’s needs, desires and expected outcomes.
- Complete all required documentation according to program standards, reflecting patient-centered care by relating interventions to established goals & justifying skilled need

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,720.82 per month
