**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to work part-time with school-going children who require support with motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living. This role involves visiting partner schools and working directly with students, educators, and families to create an inclusive and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **⁠ ⁠**Conduct in-school assessments of children referred for occupational therapy
- ⁠ ⁠Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- ⁠ ⁠Support children in improving fine/gross motor skills, coordination, sensory integration, and daily functioning
- ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and counselors to integrate strategies into the classroom
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain documentation and progress reports for each student
- ⁠ ⁠Provide training and consultation to school staff and parents

**Qualifications**:

- ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- ⁠ ⁠Valid certification
- ⁠ ⁠Experience working with children, preferably in school
- ⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working with students: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
