**Experience**: 8+ years

**Location**: Powai

1. Responsible for handling existing agents and recruitment of new agents

2. Responsible for growth in Agent business

3. Training and motivating Agents

4. Designing new schemes for agents to achieve targets

5. Renewal Retention
- Mail/ call/ meet
- agent for New business and renewals

6. Coordinating with insurance company for pending policies/ endorsement/ refund/ quotes etc

7. Resolving agent’s queries on product/ process

8. Coordinating with Agent for business/ quotes of all types of policies

9. Thorough knowledge of all the products of insurance

10. Min 7 to 8 yrs of experience in general insurance industry

11. Good communication and writing skills

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- General Insurance sales: 8 years (preferred)
- Sales: 10 years (preferred)
