Job Overview: Support Executive
Objective: Connect with potential learners, stakeholders, and educational institutions to promote courses, facilitate enrollments, and schedule appointments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Outreach**:
Reach out to potential learners to explain course benefits and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:
Coordinate with trainers and institutions to ensure smooth course delivery and promotion.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
Fix meetings with colleges and training institutes to introduce and promote course offerings.
- **Database and Reporting**:
Maintain detailed records and share regular reports on outreach, enrollments, and follow-ups.
- **Batch Management**:
Monitor batch progress, manage attendance, and ensure timely communication with learners and trainers.
**Requirement**:
- At least a graduate in any stream
- Min 2 years of experience as a Support Executive
- EdTech experience preferred
- Fluent in Marathi, English & Hindi
**Skills Required**:Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; ability to multitask and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
