**We are hiring "Debt Collection Executive" for our organization which is an top notch data center based in Mumbai **

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 5+ Years

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Create plans and strategies for collecting debts.
- Adhering to financial laws on the regulation of debt collection.
- Contact and communicate effectively with debtors (Client) by phone to negotiate and implement debt recovery plans.
- Should know the concept of Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
- Negotiate settlements to receive payments on certain percentages of debt.
- Should know the account reconciliation concept.Initiate repossession and other legal proceedings if debt recovery plans fail.
- When necessary, escalating calls to managers.
- Entering data and keeping correct records is a must.
- Work in accordance with key performance metrics.
- Should know in and out of MS Excel.
- Have to plan to visit the client's place if there is issuing in collecting the payment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or law.
- 5+ years of experience in debt collection
- Adhere to all government laws and regulations
- Knowledge in debt collection software
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Confident and brave personality to approach and work with disagreeable defaulters

Location: Dadar

Employment Mode: Full time - Permanent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
