**DevOps (System Support & Application Support)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Support**:

- Provide 24/7 support for system infrastructure, ensuring its availability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to servers, databases, networks, and other infrastructure components.
- Monitor system performance, implement upgrades, and ensure that all systems are up-to-date and optimized for reliability.
- Perform system backup, restore, and disaster recovery tasks as required.
- **Application Support**:

- **Automation & CI/CD Implementation**:

- Implement and maintain automation tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ensure smooth integration of development environments and automate the deployment processes for faster, efficient delivery.
- **Cloud Infrastructure Management**:

- Ensure effective resource management and cost optimization of cloud-based systems.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- **Security & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and best practices.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and ongoing support tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in DevOps, System Support, and Application Support roles.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong experience with Linux/Unix-based systems and shell scripting.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Nagios, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Strong understanding of networking, databases, and system security.
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
