**Job Title: Chemical Process Laboratory Executive / Technician**

**Department: R&D / Process Development / Laboratory**

**Reports to: Senior Process Engineer / Lab**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Job Summary**:
**We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science and/or relevant laboratory experience to support the design, development, and commissioning of various chemical process systems. The role involves hands-on lab work, pilot plant testing, process setup, and analytical support for ongoing and new chemical engineering projects.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assist in the design, setup, and operation of pilot plants and lab-scale chemical process systems.**

**Support installation and commissioning activities for systems such as**:
**Gold refining units**

**Distillation and fractional distillation systems**

**Liquid-liquid extraction setups**

**Mixer-settler extraction units**

**Glass reactor vessels for mixing and reactions**

**Gas absorption systems and HCl gas generation setups**

**Solvent recovery systems (including recovery from herbs, essential oils, and floral extracts)**

**Conduct laboratory experiments and collect, analyze, and document data.**

**Work with process engineers to optimize chemical processes at the lab and pilot scale.**

**Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and proper storage of chemicals and equipment.**

**Calibrate and operate laboratory instruments and assist in troubleshooting.**

**Requirements**:
**B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field**

**0-3 years of experience in a chemical laboratory or process plant setting**

**Understanding of basic chemical unit operations and laboratory practices**

**Familiarity with chemical safety standards, PPE usage, and handling of chemicals**

**Good documentation and reporting skills**

**Ability to work independently and within a team environment**

**Preferred Skills**:
**Exposure to pilot plant or process plant environments**

**Experience with analytical tools (e.g., GC, HPLC, pH meters)**
