**Job Title**: Lab Technician - Non-Ferrous Metallurgy

**Location**: Near Vapi, Gujarat

**Industry**: Non-Ferrous Metal (Greenfield Project)

**Start Date**: 01 November 2025

**Qualification**:

- B.Sc. in Chemistry / Diploma in Industrial Chemistry
- 3-4 years of experience in non-ferrous metallurgical testing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality and process control tests across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Perform sample collection, preparation, testing, and analysis of mechanical, chemical, and electrical properties.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, documentation, and sample traceability.
- Test and analyze water, effluents, and waste products; ensure proper waste disposal per guidelines.
- Coordinate with the production team and customers on quality parameters and feedback.
- Develop and implement SOPs for lab equipment, ensure calibration and maintenance as per OEM standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits (ISO, BIS, etc.) and maintain stock of lab consumables.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with UTM, Optical Emission Spectrometer, Oxygen Analyzer, Kelvin Double Bridge, and Surface Oxide Tester.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
